How to clean it ?

Use a soft, dry cloth for regular care. For small stains, gently wipe with a lightly dampened cloth. You may occasionally apply a leather care product (always test it on an inconspicuous area first).

 

Should I moisturize the leather ?

Yes. Every 3 to 6 months, apply a leather balm or conditioner to help preserve the suppleness of the leather and prevent it from drying or cracking.

 

Any specific precautions ?

Avoid prolonged exposure to water, humidity, cosmetics or perfumes. If the leather becomes wet, allow it to air dry gently, never use direct heat.

 

How to properly store a leather item ?

Store in a dry place, away from direct light. Use a breathable cotton garment bag. For jackets, opt for a wide hanger. For bags, fill them with acid-free tissue paper to maintain their shape.

 

DELIVERY

What should I do if my package arrives damaged/my item was damaged during delivery?

 

Our logistics teams take the greatest care when preparing your orders and ensuring the reliability of the delivery services that they work with. If, despite these precautions, your package arrives damaged, please check that all items ordered are in your package and that they have not been damaged.

How much is delivery?

We ship worldwide with a range of couriers and our quotes are reflective of the parcel’s weight and the address it is being shipped to. Please note the shipping charges at checkout do not include duty or custom fees that may be incurred on shipments to countries outside the European Union.

 

All pieces purchased via La Dichosa Shop may be returned within 15 days of purchase.

 

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Once your order has been confirmed, we regret that no changes (including delivery information) or cancellations can be made.

 

RETURN

How long do I have to return an item ordered on La Dichosa Shop?

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to register your return request.

 

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return your order please email ladichosashop@gmail.com with your order number as well as the reason you no longer wish to keep your piece. All return shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense. Please note that everything should be packaged and returned in original condition. Once the return parcel has been received back in the workshop, you will be refunded the amount paid excluding the initial shipping charges.

 

La Dichosa reserves the right to deny any request of return, exchange or repair if it is not in line with all of the above.

Am I responsible for the return costs?

Return costs are covered by the buyer. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
